Guest Pak Terms & Conditions
Please note that since July 2012, Guest Pak has been part of Expresso Services. As such, these terms and conditions have changed.
All payments shall be due up front, before dispatch of the goods, except where a debtor account has been established prior with Expresso Services.
Payment by non account holders will be made by cash, cheque, credit card or by electronic banking. These funds must clear prior to dispatch.
Payment by Expresso Services account holders shall be per the terms on the Expresso Services credit application and any other terms outlined on invoices or specific supplier agreements.
GST and other taxes and duties that may be applicable shall be added to the Price except when they are expressly included in the Price.
No credit card surcharges apply. We accept Visa & MasterCard only.
At the seller’s sole discretion the costs of delivery are in addition to the price of the goods which must be paid by the customer.
Returns will only be accepted provided that:
(a) the Seller has agreed in writing to accept the return of the Goods; and
(a) the Goods are returned at the Client’s cost within ten (10) days of the delivery date; and
(b) the Seller will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner; and
(c) the Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging material, brochures and instruction material in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
